At the end of July, Nick and I joined a group of young people with learning difficulties and their parents, families and carers at the Caldecotte Xperience. We enjoyed a fantastic day with them as they had a go at Archery, Zorbing, Canoeing and Speed Boating under the excellent leadership of the Action 4 Youth team.
It was a day full of smiles, joy and kindness and lasting memories for them (and me).
